POLICY
Custom Requests
All custom requests must be submitted through the custom request page. Please allow us 24-48 hours for a response to your custom order.
We ask that custom orders are placed 3 - 4 weeks before your in-hand date. We offer rushed orders for an additional $55.00
All payment is through our website and/or if we send you an invoice via email. We do not accept Afterpay, Klarna, Zelle and/or Cashapp
While we are happy to accept any and all inspiration pictures, please understand that we will not 100% replica an design. We will advise you to reach out to that designer.
Once the garment is complete, we will send you a picture of the finished garment for your approval to be shipped.
Measurements are required for all custom requests to ensure best fit. We offer Zoom services to virtual guide you through taking your measurements. All you will need is a measuring tape.
All sales are final as each item is made with love and there are no returns.
Return Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges.
If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us at info@parnellbrand.com. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an response.
If you are unhappy with an item, we offer store credit (gift card) all returned items must be in the same condition as received from Parnell Brand. All returned items must be within seven (7) days custom receives their package.
Shipping
Each item is hand-made to order with love, please allow 1- 3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
Parnell Brand is not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages. if you have any issues with a shipping please contact us.
Once an item is shipped Parnell Brand has minimal to no control over any delays, etc. caused by the shipping carrier.
If the wrong size is ordered, the client is at fault and only a store credit will be issued.

Q. How much is a custom order?
A. All custom orders start at $75.00 and increase based on the design and fabric.
Q. How long does it take for a custom order?
A. We ask that all custom orders are placed 3 weeks in advance. However we do offer rush orders for an additional $55.00
Q. Can I place a custom order even if I am not local?
A. Yes! All we need is your measurements. While we may not be able to take your measurements ourselves. We offer video chatting services where we help take your measurements virtually. All you will need is a tape measure and we will walk you through it.
Q. What if I am not happy with my order?
A. We strive to ensure each custom is happy with their order. While we do not offer refunds, we are willing to work with you in regards to your issue.If you have any issues and/or concerns please reach out to our customer service team at Info@parnellbrand.com.
Q. Can I pay in installments?
A. No, for custom orders. Full payment is required in order to begin work. Once you place your order fabric + supplies will be ordered. There are no refunds for custom requests.
Q. Can I provide my own fabric?
A. Yes! If you already have your fabric, we are more than happy to use it.
