THE BACKSTORY

Parnell Brand was founded with the mission to provide unique fashion.

Growing up, as the youngest + the smallest, my mom always had to alter my clothes in order for them to fit me. Whether it was the waist sagging off me, the pants too long, or the sleeves past my hands, I always needed a fitting. 

  

 

My mom was the family seamstress, however, we have a running joke that if you give my mom something to alter, you’ll never get it back. Altering clothes was always put on her back burner as she juggled the other duties of a mom. 

In December of 2018, my mom gifted me my first sewing machine. It was a Brother GX 37, and with that machine began Parnell Brand.
